Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing SongRight, or using its services, you agree to these Terms of Use and the SongRight Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SongRight.

2. Service Description

SongRight is operated by Soundscape Entertainment LLC. SongRight provides songwriting, collaboration, profile, messaging, feed, audio-sharing, moderation, and related creator tools. Features may change over time, and some features may be added, removed, limited, or made available only to certain users.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old to use SongRight. Users under 13 may not create or maintain an account. If local law where a user lives requires a higher minimum age, that higher minimum age applies.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use SongRight only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. SongRight does not require date of birth during signup, but may remove accounts that it learns are under the minimum required age.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• keeping your login credentials secure
• all activity that occurs through your account, except where caused by SongRight's own error or misuse

SongRight may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain responsibility for content you create, upload, send, or publish through SongRight, including lyrics, audio, comments, profile content, collaboration requests, and messages. You represent that you own the content or have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to share it.

6. Content Rules

You may not use SongRight to post, upload, distribute, or request content that is:

• harassing, hateful, threatening, or abusive
• sexually exploitative or otherwise unsafe
• spam, deceptive, or fraudulent
• infringing, including stolen lyrics or unauthorized audio
• impersonating another person or entity
• invasive of another person's privacy
• unlawful or used to facilitate unlawful activity

7. Moderation, Reporting, and Reviews

SongRight may provide tools for reporting content, blocking or muting users, and requesting review of moderation outcomes. SongRight may investigate reports, maintain moderation records and audit logs, limit visibility while content is under review, remove or restore content, and notify affected users and reporters when appropriate.

8. Copyright and Rights Complaints

If you believe content on SongRight infringes your rights, contact support@songrightapp.com.

9. Public Content and Visibility

Some areas of SongRight are public or social by design. When you post to those areas, your content and public profile details may be visible to other users and may be subject to moderation, reporting, and social interaction features.

10. App and Service Integrity

You may not attempt to bypass security, moderation, or app integrity controls, scrape or abuse the service, access another user's account or data without authorization, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

11. Termination and Suspension

SongRight may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, your content or behavior presents safety, fraud, or legal risk, or SongRight must comply with legal or operational requirements.

12. Disclaimers

SongRight is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. SongRight does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SongRight and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, lost goodwill, or loss of creative, publishing, collaboration, or commercial opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes

SongRight may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
