1. Contact SongRight
SongRight is operated by Soundscape Entertainment LLC. For current launch support, contact support@songrightapp.com. You can also use the in-app Support and Policies area when signed in.
2. Support Requests
Contact support for account access, app issues, feature questions, note issues, feed issues, messaging issues, Vault issues, collaboration issues, or subscription help.
Support requests may create internal case records, contact logs, and follow-up notes so SongRight can investigate and respond.
3. Privacy Requests
For privacy questions, account data questions, correction requests, or deletion-related issues, contact the support address and include enough information for SongRight to identify your account.
4. Copyright Complaints
For copyright or rights complaints, include the content you are reporting, your relationship to the work, and enough detail for SongRight to locate the material.
5. Safety and Moderation
For safety concerns, harassment, impersonation, threats, minor-safety issues, or moderation questions, use in-app reporting when possible and contact support if you need additional help.
Reports and safety follow-ups may create moderation records, audit logs, and user notifications related to the review.
6. Subscriptions
SongRight can help with app-side subscription questions, but App Store billing, cancellation, and refund requests are generally handled by Apple through your Apple Account purchase and subscription settings.
If SongRight web billing is enabled for your account, billing support may also involve the web checkout provider and related subscription metadata.
