Subscription Terms

1. SongRight Plus

SongRight may offer paid premium features through SongRight Plus. These features may include premium writing tools on web and in the app, RhymeRight Ideas, expanded RhymeRight results, Idea Dice, iOS Studio session saving, iOS Studio audio export, iOS Cosmic Sampler access, advanced iOS audio tools, and other features shown in SongRight.

2. Plans and Pricing

SongRight Plus offers monthly and yearly plans through supported App Store and web checkout flows. Current U.S. web prices are $7.99 per month and $59.99 per year, subject to regional pricing, taxes, introductory offers, and the purchase terms shown at checkout.

3. Free Trials

Eligible users may be offered a three-day introductory free trial. Apple determines eligibility for App Store offers, and SongRight and Stripe determine eligibility for web offers. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price and billing period shown during purchase. The purchase screen is the controlling disclosure for current eligibility, offer length, renewal price, billing period, regional pricing, taxes, and cancellation timing.

4. Billing Through Apple

If you purchase through the App Store:

• payment is charged by Apple
• subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple's rules
• Apple may send renewal, price-change, billing, and cancellation notices
• refund requests for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple
• SongRight does not receive your full payment card number

5. Billing Through Web Checkout

If you purchase through SongRight web checkout:

• payment processing is handled by Stripe or another provider disclosed before purchase
• SongRight may store customer, plan, and subscription-status metadata needed to provide access and support
• billing, renewals, cancellations, and customer-portal actions will follow the terms shown during checkout
• SongRight does not store your full payment card number

6. Cross-Platform Access

SongRight Plus access is associated with your SongRight account. A verified web subscription can unlock Plus on supported web and iPhone surfaces, and a verified App Store subscription can unlock Plus on supported iPhone and web surfaces, when you sign in with the same SongRight account. Billing and refunds remain with the provider used for purchase.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting your SongRight account or deleting the app may not cancel an active Apple subscription.

If you purchase through web checkout, you must use the web billing or customer-portal flow provided for that subscription unless applicable law requires another path.

8. Restore Purchases

If you reinstall SongRight or use another supported Apple device, you may restore purchases using the in-app restore flow where available.

9. Premium Feature Changes

SongRight may add, remove, rename, modify, or replace premium features. SongRight will not materially reduce paid subscription benefits in a way that violates applicable law, App Store rules, or representations made at purchase.

10. No Guaranteed Creative Outcome

Premium access does not guarantee originality, copyright protection, commercial success, collaboration results, publishing results, uninterrupted access, or permanent storage.
