Minor Safety

1. Minimum Age

SongRight is not intended for children under 13. Users under 13 may not create or maintain an account. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher minimum applies.

2. Age Information

SongRight does not require date of birth during signup. Users agree to the Terms of Use when creating or accessing an account, and those Terms require users to meet SongRight's minimum age requirement.

SongRight may offer an optional date-of-birth field in account settings or request information when support needs to review account eligibility. Date of birth is not shown on public profiles.

If SongRight learns that a user is under 13, SongRight may:

Users under the age of majority where they live may use SongRight only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. SongRight expects all users, including teens, to follow the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

5. Messaging and Comments

SongRight does not require date of birth before users can message or comment. Messaging, comments, and other community features remain subject to the Community Guidelines, mutual-follow messaging rules, blocking, reporting, and moderation.

6. Public Discovery and Feed Safety

Public profiles, feed posts, comments, and collaboration activity are governed by SongRight's public-content rules, moderation systems, reporting tools, blocking tools, and support review paths.

7. Parent or Guardian Requests

Parents or guardians may contact support@songrightapp.com regarding a minor's account. SongRight may request information needed to verify identity, relationship to the minor, account ownership, and request authority.

8. Safety Reporting

Users should report suspected grooming, exploitation, harassment, threats, or minor-safety issues through in-app reporting tools or by contacting support@songrightapp.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
