Community Guidelines

Effective date: May 12, 2026 Contact: support@songrightapp.com Operator: Soundscape Entertainment LLC

SongRight is for writing, sharing, collaboration, and creative growth. These guidelines exist to keep the app usable, safe, and respectful.

1. Respect Other People

Do not post or send content that includes harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse. If you disagree with someone, do it without dehumanizing them.

2. No Spam or Manipulation

Do not flood the feed or comments, impersonate people or brands, run scams, manipulate engagement, post repetitive junk content, or use the app to deceive, phish, or exploit people.

3. Only Share Content You Have Rights To

Do not upload or post stolen lyrics, unauthorized audio, content you do not own or have permission to share, or misleading claims about authorship or ownership.

If you believe your rights were violated, contact support@songrightapp.com.

4. Keep Profiles Honest

Usernames, display names, bios, and profile photos must not impersonate another person, falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation, contain abusive, hateful, or explicit content, or be used to harass or target people.

5. Protect Privacy

Do not post private or identifying information about other people without permission. That includes legal names when used to expose or threaten, phone numbers, addresses, financial details, and private contact information.

6. Unsafe or Illegal Content

Do not use SongRight to promote or organize illegal activity, violence, exploitation, or other harmful conduct.

7. Reporting, Blocking, and Muting

If something feels unsafe or abusive, report the post, comment, or profile, block the user, or mute the user when you simply do not want to see their content. SongRight may review reports, limit visibility during review, remove content, or take account action where appropriate.

8. What Happens When Rules Are Broken

SongRight may take actions such as warning a user, limiting visibility, removing content, restoring content after review, suspending or restricting an account, or escalating severe cases internally. Repeat or serious violations may lead to stronger action.

9. Appeals and Follow-Up

When SongRight provides an in-app review or moderation follow-up path, affected users should use that workflow first. Users can also contact support@songrightapp.com for additional help.

10. A Note on Creative Work

SongRight is a creative community. Strong opinions, critique, and feedback are welcome when they are constructive and respectful. Attack the work if you need to, not the person.
