1. Creative Aids

RhymeRight is designed to help with rhyme lookup, theme exploration, and optional AI-assisted expansion. Rhyme lookups and the built-in Theme Bank run locally. Idea Dice requests a generic AI-generated prompt without sending your note or lyrics. Deepen Theme can request additional associations using only the theme, an optional meaning, and existing results. These tools are not a guarantee of originality, quality, copyrightability, non-infringement, commercial usability, publishing eligibility, or legal clearance.

2. Inputs

When you choose Deepen Theme, SongRight may process:

• the theme phrase and optional meaning you submit
• a bounded list of existing Theme Bank results to avoid duplicates
• request metadata needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the feature

SongRight sends this information through its backend infrastructure to OpenAI to generate the requested Theme expansion. SongRight sends the theme phrase, optional meaning, and a bounded exclusion list of existing Theme Bank results; it does not send the note or lyrics. The SongRight iOS app asks for your explicit permission before the first Deepen Theme request. Opening local rhyme or built-in Theme Bank results does not require AI data-sharing permission.

3. Outputs

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, similar to other content, or similar to outputs provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and deciding whether to use any generated or suggested output.

4. Ownership

SongRight does not claim ownership of your original notes, lyrics, audio, or creative works. To the extent permitted by law and any third-party service terms, you may use outputs you receive from SongRight's AI-assisted tools, but you are responsible for determining whether those outputs can be protected, commercialized, registered, distributed, or credited.

5. Prohibited Uses

Do not use AI-assisted tools to:

• infringe rights or submit third-party confidential material without permission
• imitate or impersonate living artists, songwriters, producers, or voices in a misleading or unlawful way
• generate harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, sexual content, or illegal content
• evade moderation or safety systems
• generate spam or manipulative content

6. Availability

Deepen Theme may be rate-limited, changed, unavailable, inaccurate, or restricted to SongRight Plus users.

7. No Professional Advice

AI-assisted tools do not provide legal, publishing, copyright, music-business, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
