AI Creative Tools

1. Creative Aids

SongRight AI-assisted tools are designed to help with brainstorming, drafting, rhyming, organizing, and exploring creative ideas. They are not a guarantee of originality, quality, copyrightability, non-infringement, commercial usability, publishing eligibility, or legal clearance.

2. Inputs

When you use AI-assisted tools, SongRight may process:

• requested words and rhyme queries
• current lyric lines or previous lyric lines
• note section names and creative context you provide
• request metadata needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the feature

Depending on the tool, processing may happen locally on your device, through SongRight backend infrastructure, or through service providers used to operate the feature.

3. Outputs

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, similar to other content, or similar to outputs provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and deciding whether to use any generated or suggested output.

4. Ownership

SongRight does not claim ownership of your original notes, lyrics, audio, or creative works. To the extent permitted by law and any third-party service terms, you may use outputs you receive from SongRight's AI-assisted tools, but you are responsible for determining whether those outputs can be protected, commercialized, registered, distributed, or credited.

5. Prohibited Uses

Do not use AI-assisted tools to:

• infringe rights or submit third-party confidential material without permission
• imitate or impersonate living artists, songwriters, producers, or voices in a misleading or unlawful way
• generate harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, sexual content, or illegal content
• evade moderation or safety systems
• generate spam or manipulative content

6. Availability

AI-assisted tools may be rate-limited, changed, unavailable, inaccurate, or restricted to SongRight Plus users.

7. No Professional Advice

AI-assisted tools do not provide legal, publishing, copyright, music-business, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
