1. Creative Aids

RhymeRight is designed to help with rhyme lookup and lyric exploration. Rhyme lookups run locally. Idea Dice requests a generic AI-generated prompt without sending your note or lyrics. Songwriting Ideas uses AI-supported processing for brainstorming, drafting, organizing, and exploring creative ideas. These tools are not a guarantee of originality, quality, copyrightability, non-infringement, commercial usability, publishing eligibility, or legal clearance.

2. Inputs

When you choose to use Songwriting Ideas, SongRight may process:

• the idea request or prompt you submit
• current lyric lines or previous lyric lines
• note section names and creative context you provide
• request metadata needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the feature

SongRight sends this information through its backend infrastructure to OpenAI to generate the requested Songwriting Ideas output. The SongRight iOS app asks for your explicit permission before the first such request. Opening local rhyme results or Idea Dice does not require AI data-sharing permission because neither sends your note or lyrics.

3. Outputs

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, similar to other content, or similar to outputs provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and deciding whether to use any generated or suggested output.

4. Ownership

SongRight does not claim ownership of your original notes, lyrics, audio, or creative works. To the extent permitted by law and any third-party service terms, you may use outputs you receive from SongRight's AI-assisted tools, but you are responsible for determining whether those outputs can be protected, commercialized, registered, distributed, or credited.

5. Prohibited Uses

Do not use AI-assisted tools to:

• infringe rights or submit third-party confidential material without permission
• imitate or impersonate living artists, songwriters, producers, or voices in a misleading or unlawful way
• generate harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, sexual content, or illegal content
• evade moderation or safety systems
• generate spam or manipulative content

6. Availability

Songwriting Ideas may be rate-limited, changed, unavailable, inaccurate, or restricted to SongRight Plus users.

7. No Professional Advice

AI-assisted tools do not provide legal, publishing, copyright, music-business, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
